Boymelgreen and Walentas feud in Dumbo

A feud between two powerhouse developers has blocked condo buyers in Dumbo from closing on their new homes in a converted industrial building at 57 Front Street. Shaya Boymelgreen owns the building, and David Walentas owns the property next to it, and now the two are basically wrangling over an easement between the property and the new condo building. more [NYT]
