In what may be one of the biggest real estate deals in Connecticut history, Greenwich-based Antares Investment Partners bought two Greenwich apartment complexes for a combined $223 million. The deal was announced Tuesday. The new owner plans to convert the two rental residential complexes — one at the intersection of Post Road and Western Junior Highway and the other off Weaver Street in the Glenville section of Greenwich — into 462 luxury condos.
