Madison Square Garden moving westward

It looks as if Madison Square Garden will, indeed, move one block to the west. Arena owner Cablevision has signed a memorandum of understanding to build a new Madison Square Garden on Ninth Avenue, as part of the James A. Farley Post Office renovations.
