Silverstein moving forward on Freedom Tower

Larry Silverstein is apparently moving ahead with plans for the Freedom Tower, despite the stalled talks on the future of the World Trade Center site. Silverstein, the site’s leaseholder, is scheduled to begin construction of 1,776-foot tower this month, and has already decided to move forward on planned infrastructure improvements in anticipation of construction. more [Sun]
