Upper East Side townhouse sales prices spike

The average sales price for an Upper East Side townhouse jumped 64 percent from the first quarter of 2005 to the first quarter of 2006 to more than $8 million, according to a market report from the Corcoran Group. [far down] more [MSNBC]
