Buyer interest helps drive up Cobble Hill prices

Fresh home buyers have swept into Cobble Hill in the last few years. Partly as a result, prices in the Brooklyn neighborhood are higher than anyone could’ve imagined just five years ago. Townhouses in Cobble Hill can start at $1.7 million and run to more than $4 million, depending on the width. Two-bedroom co-op units start at $675,000 and run up to $875,000. more [NYT]
