Long Island City is set to get its first supermarket. It will be in the base of the second building by Rockrose Development going up at Queens West. The brand-name of the supermarket has not yet been determined, but it’s a safe bet that it will have customers. More than 10,000 residents are expected to move into the neighborhood because of the new development at Queens West. more [NYO]
