20 Exchange Place gets bonds for conversion

The city has approved $232 million in bond financing to build or preserve as many as 532 apartments in four buildings in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. This financing includes $210 million in Liberty Bonds for the conversion of 20 Exchange Place in Lower Manhattan from offices into 366 apartments. Also, 1971 and 1975 Grand Avenue in Morris Heights in the Bronx, two buildings with 83 apartments total, will be rehabilitated with the financing. more [GlobeSt]
