Over budget, but Fulton transit hub a go

The plan for the Fulton Street transit center in Lower Manhattan will stand as is, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said on Monday. The decision comes despite the plan being $45 million over its current $799 million budget. The transit center will link a dozen subway lines. more [NYT]
