Scarano agrees to settle with city

Controversial architect Robert Scarano Jr. has agreed to settle charges brought against him by the city’s Buildings Department. The charges accused Scarano of violating zoning rules and building codes in the design of more than two dozen apartment buildings. more [NYT]
