Merger spawns new city brokerage

Manhattan brokerages Dwelling Quest and Century 21 Kevin B. Brown & Associates have been merged under a new name, Century 21 New York Metro. Holding company RealStar Realty, created and owned by Mike Simon, bought both brokerages recently for an undisclosed sum and combined them into one. more By Vanessa Londono
