Bellmarc Realty co-founder Neil Binder wrote the book on being a successful agent – literally. Binder has long shared his wealth of experience with Bellmarc agents and supplemented his teachings with a training manual he penned, “Selling Mechanics: Tools for Becoming a Successful Salesperson in the New York City Residential Market.” The Real Estate Board of New York is now looking to bring Binder’s advice to a larger audience.
