Office tower for Copacabana site

Extell Development is planning a new, 1.5-million-square-foot office tower at the site of the famed Copacabana nightclub on the southeast corner of 34th Street and Eleventh Avenue, according to reports. Israel Green has signed a letter of intent for 1 million square feet in the 45- to 50-story building for the World Product Centre, a showroom for high-tech medical equipment.
