Bronfman townhouse sets record

In a deal The Real Deal first reported in May, Seagram heir Matthew Bronfman has closed on the sale of his 25-room mansion at 7 East 67th Street for $33 million. The price is a record for a townhouse less than 26 feet wide, according to appraiser Jonathan Miller. No Manhattan house of that size had previously closed for more than $30 million.
