Apt. tower coming to Flatbush Ave.

The Dermot Co. and Grosvenor Investment Management US have purchased a
16,575 square-foot parking lot at 29 Flatbush Avenue and plan to build
a high-rise apartment tower there. The property is bounded by Flatbush
Avenue, Fulton Street and Rockwell Place. Dermot is turning the former
Williamsburg Savings Bank tower into a luxury condominium called One
Hanson Place.
