Columbia Presbyterian topped out in November on its $242 million Vivian and Seymour Milstein Family Heart Center, made possible through a $50 million donation. New York-Presbyterian Hospital received a $278 million commitment last year from the Federal Housing Administration for an expansion. St. Vincent’s Hospital hopes to build a 21-story, $800 million hospital on Seventh Avenue between 12th and 13th streets.
