Devonshire House sold for $110M 

The 131-unit Devonshire House in Greenwich Village has sold for $110 million to Mets owner Fred Wilpon’s Sterling American Properties, as first reported by The Real Deal. The 1939 building at University Place and East 10th Street will be converted to condos. Wilpon co-manages Sterling with his brother, Richard.
