The sale of the Hotel Riverview at 113 Jane Street, on the Hudson River, has closed for $27 million, according to public records. Hoteliers Sean MacPherson and Eric Goode, the team behind the Bowery Hotel and the Maritime Hotel on West 16th Street, have already submitted plans to restore and revamp the landmark Hotel Riverview to Community Board 2’s business committee, The New York Sun reported last month. The Landmarks Preservation Commission has permitted first-floor interior alterations. MacPherson and Goode plan to an open a first-floor bar, a second-floor restaurant, and a roof-top bar terrace.
