Eric Trump haggled with father over condo

Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s 24-year-old son, recently purchased an apartment from his father, as The Real Deal first reported. The deal didn’t go down without some discussion on the price, and the 1,353-square foot, three-bedroom apartment with ended up selling for $2 million. Eric Trump, who was voted to the condo’s board of directors, said arguing over the price with his father was only natural. The apartment is in the Trump Parc East condo, which the elder Trump acquired in 1981 with the intention of razing it, only to be stymied by a court ruling which sided with existing tenants.
