Super takes on tenants

A building superintendent in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, has had enough of his slovenly tenants. He’s posting blunt signs around 278 91st Street that reportedly called tenants “stupid” and has moved garbage cans to the roof to punish them for not properly disposing of their trash. “It’s disgusting here. They don’t care. Either they don’t know how to read, or they’re plain morons,” Richard Martin said. Since August, Martin has refused to replace two energy-efficient lightbulbs in a hallway after he said they were stolen.
