Related’s Ross rises in Forbes list

Related Companies’ founder Stephen Ross has shot up Forbes magazine’s annual rankings
of the world’s billionaires, jumping from No. 369 last year to No. 227
with a net worth of $4.5 billion. Ross has profited from big Manhattan
developments like the Time Warner Center and recently became a co-owner
of the Miami Dolphins.
Donald Trump fell from No. 314 to No. 368 with a net worth of $3
billion. Tied at No. 605 were developer Sheldon Solow tied with Tishman
Speyer CFO Jerry Speyer, each worth $2 billion. Vornado Realty CEO
Steven Roth dropped from No. 618 to No. 897.
