Broadway Partners to sell stake in 340 Madison

Broadway Partners, which spent last year buying up assets, is selling its 49 percent stake in 340 Madison Avenue for $310 million in order to pay off its $200 million of short term loans. This expected price tag would recapitalize that office building at $630 million. The tower is at East 44th Street.
