Web sites like PropertyShark, Trulia, Realtytrac and Zillow list real estate data. One broker said that buyers and sellers “don’t know the difference between property A and property B” and that she is “not thrilled about it,” adding that it requires brokers to try to explain why one house is worth more than another.
