7 WTC in lease talks with HSBC

HSBC reportedly has a pending lease at Larry Silverstein’s 7 World Trade Center for the 52-story tower’s top seven floors, or 280,000 square feet of space. With this new tenant, 7 World Trade Center is nearly full. HSBC’s New York headquarters are now housed in the glass tower that surrounds the Knox Building at 452 Fifth Avenue, between 39th and 40th streets.
