CPEX to lease three retail spaces in Downtown Brooklyn

CPEX Real Estate has become the exclusive agent to lease three retail spaces in Downtown Brooklyn. CPEX principal Timothy King, with associate directors of retail leasing Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul, will lease 16,000 square feet at 200 Schermerhorn Street, about 15,000 square feet at 200 Livingston Street and 44,000 square feet at 240 Atlantic Avenue. King is a former partner and Brooklyn head at Massey Knakal Realty and has filed a $3 million lawsuit against Knakal. King alleges the company did not provide him with audited financial statements to hide their misuse of company assets. TRD
