Chelsea Modern sales office sells

The
on-site sales office and model apartment of the Chelsea Modern, at 447
West 18th Street between Ninth and Tenth avenues, has sold for $2.035
million. The two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,380-square-foot unit is on the
seventh floor. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, the exclusive sales
and marketing firm for the project, has relocated the sales office to
the fifth floor, and now has a fully furnished model apartment on the
third floor. “The sales office is one of the first
apartments that buyers view and it was just a matter of time before
someone fell in love with its layout and design,” said the project’s developer Robert Gladstone, CEO of
