in Stamford for free until the condominium is completed this fall. The
residences, owned and managed by Highgrove developer Ceebraid-Signal,
are available furnished or un-furnished. The Highgrove, on Forest
Street at Grove Street in Stamford, recently topped off at 18 stories.
The building will have 92 two-, three- and four-bedroom units, with an
average of 2,558 square feet. Prices start at $1.2 million. TRD
