The Bracha Group, which split twice in the past two months, won
the top group based on the number of transactions and gross commission income (GCI). Dolly Lenz, who has been making headlines for losing
listings, won the top individual broker by transaction and GCI, as she has for the past
several years.
In the top group by transaction category, Bracha’s group was
followed by the
Barak/Blackburn Group, the Shemesh Group, who won the top award last
year, the Sukenik Group and the Jacky
Teplitzky Team, which won the top group award based on GCI last year. Bracha’s runners-up in the GCI category were Leonard
Steinberg’s team and the Shemesh Group. Teplitzky’s team fell from number 1 last year to number 9. Teplitzky was upset last year that she didn’t win the top broker award.
After Lenz, the runners-up in the individual category by transaction were Michelle Mizrahi and Robert Nicoletti. In individuals ranked by GCI, Efraim Tessler and Sachiko Goodman were Lenz’s runners-up.
