The price of two units on the Upper East Side were each cut by $2 million,
according to Streeteasy.com. Penthouse 1516B at 1165 Park Avenue is now
listed at $17.95 million. It is the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath
unit’s second price cut, and it is now listed almost 28 percent lower
than its original September listing of $24.9 million. Stribling &
Associates’ Elsie Nelson has the listing. And at the other unit that saw a $2 million price cut, apartment 33T at 781 Fifth Avenue, the Sherry-Netherland, is now on the market for $11.5 million. This is the
second time the two-bedroom, two-bath unit’s price was decreased, and the
price is now 23 percent lower than its $15 million listing in August.
