Developer DeArch is seeking a partner to help get construction work
underway at its 552 West 24th Street condominium.
According to the Massey Knakal listing for the property, a buyer could
begin work on the building immediately after taking possession. The
buyer will receive all completed building plans and architectural
drawings for the building.
