co-op unit at 720 Park Avenue, according to Streeteasy.com. The price
of apartment 4A was lowered by $4 million, and is now on the market for
$29 million. The pre-war apartment is now listed for 12 percent lower
than its asking price of $33 million when it went on the market in
November. The building was designed by architect Rosario Candela. Brown Harris
