Kushner buys at 21 Astor Place

New York Observer owner Jared Kushner, son of real estate developer Charles Kushner, has paid $3.225 million for a two-bedroom condominium at 21 Astor Place. The duplex condo loft also has a home office and two and a half baths. Coldplay guitarist Jonny Buckland also owns a unit in the building, which is between Broadway and Lafayette Street.
