Financial firms continued to dominate Manhattan’s largest tenant roster, filling the top four spots last year, according to The Real Deal’s 2010 Data Book (see the top 15 biggest office tenants by square feet occupied below). The four companies with the biggest footprints were JPMorgan Chase with 6.24 milion square feet, Merrill Lynch with 3.49 million square feet, Goldman Sachs with 3.21 million square feet and Citi with 2.92 million square feet.
