Home sales in Greenwich, Conn. are showing marked improvement this year, compared to 2009, according to Greenwich Time. There have been 337 single-family home sales so far this year, according to a July report from Prudential Connecticut Realty, up 102 percent from last year. The rate of home sales is in line with 2008 data, which showed that roughly 324 single-family homes were sold in the first seven months of the year.
