Three of the top five commercial sales in New York City that were registered last week with the city’s property website Acris were for residential real estate, in a week in which the top deal was unusually small and no transaction was for more than $50 million. The top deal was Epic’s purchase of 16 condominium units from iStar Financial. In addition, three of the deals involved acquisitions in Brooklyn and two in the Bronx.
