The boutique Flatiron Hotel at 1141 Broadway and 26th Street is finished and ready for occupancy, according to MadParkNews.com, but it’s also on the market for a quick sale. The 64-room hotel, originally thought to be managed by Meyer Jabara, is ready to open within 30 days of closing a sale. It features in-room jacuzzi baths and Swiss rainfall showers, and an enormous 20,000 gallon aquarium in the lobby. The hotel is being marketed by Berkley Acquisitions. Phone calls and e-mails sent by The Real Deal to the Flatiron Hotel and Berkley Acquisitions were not immediately returned. [MadParkNews.com]
