It is being marketed by Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman. Before Corcoran took it off the market on the first of this month, the asking price fell to $5.2 million, the current asking price with Elliman.
It was previously reported that Lagerfeld paid $6.575 million for the apartment in 2006, but never moved in. [Curbed]
