Sean “Diddy” Combs is seeking a buyer for his longtime Park Imperial spread. The hip-hop mogul has listed his three-bedroom 2,300-square-foot condominium unit for $8.5 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman broker Rick Kelly, the New York Post reported.
The 66th-floor apartment is currently configured as a massive one-bedroom unit, according to the Post, with a piano room with a wet bar, specially designed closets with humidors and a pricey sound system.
Diddy purchased the unit, at 230 West 56th Street, for $3.82 million in 2005. Though this is the first time Diddy has put the condo on the market, he reportedly shopped in June for a Tribeca penthouse, at 35 North Moore Street, that cut its price by $3.1 million earlier this month.
The Bad Boy Entertainment executive isn’t the only high-profile Park Imperial resident looking to sell a unit: as The Real Deal previously reported, Deepak Chopra listed his unit in the condo for $3.6 million last month. [Post, 1st item] — Adam Fusfeld
