“Die Hard” star Bruce Willis has signed an $8 million contract for a three-bedroom co-op in the Upper West Side’s famed El Dorado building, according to the New York Post. The unit, No. 4D, had been listed for $8.695 million with Emma Kerins and Michael Kerins of Halstead Property.
The seven-room apartment’s living room, dining room and master suite all face the park, and the unit also features a windowed eat-in kitchen and a 38-foot formal gallery that’s “ideal for exhibiting art,” according to the listing.
