The Real Deal will be launching its South Florida Market Report Spring 2013 print edition, an in-depth look at the state of real estate in South Florida, with a roundtable discussion and party at the Echo Aventura condominium tower in Miami on the evening of May 16. The discussion will feature some of the biggest developers in South Florida, which is known as “New York’s sixth borough,” due to the large number of snowbirds that head south each year to rent and buy. Plus, many of real estate’s biggest players operate in both markets.
The 32-page market report will be distributed in both South Florida and New York as part of The Real Deal’s May 2013 issue, with stories that cover the entire real estate scene, including a look at the priciest home listings on the market today, the most active builders, top office leases, fastest expanding retail tenants and much more. For advertisers, this will be a chance to reach a high-earning demographic focused on real estate in both regions, as part of a targeted ad package.
Stay tuned for more details on the roundtable event.
(Note: The event has been rescheduled for May 16; it had previously been scheduled for May 9.)
