Elizabeth Ross “Libet” Johnson, heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, has listed another one of her many New York City real estate baubles — a two-bedroom Trump International Tower condominium, asking $4 million, the New York Observer reported.

The 1 Central Park West condo is listed with Pamela D’Arc of Stribling & Associates for double what Johnson paid for it in 2004. The unit had previously been listed with Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens back in 2011 before it was delisted later that year.

The 1,444-square-foot unit lacks park views and sits far below Johnson’s former penthouse in the building, which she sold in 2007 for $18.7 million.

Johnson has also reportedly been looking to unload the Vanderbilt Mansion at 16 East 69th Street, which she purchased from fellow heiress Sloan Lindemann Barnett, daughter of author and billionaire George Lindemann, for $48 million in 2011.

Johnson lost more than $3.4 million on her West Village townhouse at 85 Perry Street; she sold it in December for almost $8.6 million but paid $12 million for the home in 2008.

“She hasn’t been very lucky in her real estate endeavors,” one broker told the Observer.

Sara Bronfman, daughter of former Seagram chairman and billionaire philanthropist Edgar Bronfman, also listed her Trump International home for $10.75 million earlier this month, The Real Deal previously reported. [NYO]  –Hayley Kaplan
