TF Cornerstone’s 60-story Carnegie Hall Tower, at 152 West 57th Street, has part of its 58th floor occupied for another 10 years: Parkview International is staying put.
The Hong Kong-based developer renewed its 9,000-square-foot lease with brothers Tom and Fred Elghanayan. Asking rent was $120 per foot. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank broker Matt Leon and TF Cornerstone’s Palmer Sealy represented the landlord; CBRE broker Silvio Petriello represented Parkview International.
In November, city Comptroller John Liu announced that the tower owed about $2 million in back taxes under a “subsidy agreement” last updated in 1993. [NYO] — Mark Maurer
