Developer Rabsky Group’s Williamsburg rentals at 146 South 4th Street have launched leasing.
Seventeen of the 113 units at the 10-story, 106,000-square-foot building, between Bedford and Driggs avenues, have received deposits so far. Starting rents are $1,825 per month for studios, $2,650 for one-bedrooms and $3,825 for two-bedrooms. Fiddler Realty is handling marketing and leasing, while ND Architecture designed it.
Amenities include a hopscotch court on the roof deck, as well as on-site attendant parking and a gym, Curbed reported.
Simon Dushinsky, who runs Rabsky, announced construction plans earlier this year, as previously reported. [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
