It’s amazing to see how an excellent interior designer can transform a living space. But if you are a designer by trade, than your interiors better be something special – after all your reputation is on the line.
Take the New York City home of fashion designer and San Francisco-native Erin Fetherston, which perfectly captures how styles from the runway can be applied back home. Her Tribeca home features the same light and feminine aesthetic found in her collections, with crystal, subtle colors and a smattering of antiques — a gilt birdcage and European furniture.
Fetherston describes the vibe of her home as “a touch of color,” with olive walls, cream-colored curtains, and matching linen seating. [Curbed] –Christopher Cameron
