Toll Brothers City Living has unveiled the future interiors of the Pierhouse condominiums at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
The units, priced from $1.05 million for a 999-square-foot one-bedroom to $3.35 million for a three-bedroom, have floors made of 600-year-old reclaimed pine from local warehouses and 18-foot ceilings in the living rooms, Curbed reported.
The first dozen units put on the market already sold, of 108 units in total for the $280 million development, raking in $44 million, as previously reported.
Residents of the building will have access to a gym, spa, rooftop pool, mediation studio, pet wash and a children’s playroom, according to previous reports. [Curbed] — Angela Hunt
