Five Star Electric president Gary Segal snapped up the Ritz-Carlton Residences penthouse condominium in Battery Park City for $11.6 million.
The 10 West Street pad, originally listed in 2010 for $7.9 million, came off the market in 2011 and resurfaced in February asking $11.7 million. The 3,600-square-foot pad boasts a terrace, skyline views and media room and comes with full access to the hotel’s spa and other amenities, according to the listing.
