“Live” talk show host Kelly Ripa is in contract to sell her nearly 7,000-square-foot duplex penthouse condominium in Soho.
Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos put the unit at 76 Crosby Street on the market for $24.5 million in January 2013. The couple paid $9.5 million for it in 2005, then extensively renovated it. Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group and Raphael De Niro of Douglas Elliman had the listing.
The apartment features a 3,000-square-foot roof deck, fireplace and outdoor shower. There are also 12-foot ceilings and dark-stained white oak flooring. It is expected to sell to an undisclosed buyer “at a considerable discount,” according the New York Observer. [NYO] — Mark Maurer
