Apartment hunting sucks. And the associated woes – the baiting and switching, the disturbingly eccentric brokers and disillusioning viewings – are something between New York City legend and cliché. And Comedy Central’s “Broad City,” which just wrapped up season one, is just the latest show to take a stab at accurately portraying the seemingly Sisyphean task of finding a new apartment.
