Actress made a small profit on $2.58M sale
Helen Hunt’s Upper West Side apartment has sold for $2.58 million after sitting on the market for about nine months.
The actress unloaded the three-bedroom unit at 320 West 86th Street for small profit on the $2.43 million she paid in 2006, the New York Daily News reported. Hunt’s main residence is in California, Jon Capobianco, the listing agent for Corocoran, told the Daily News. She used the Upper West Side digs as a pied-a-terre.
Hunt plowed some money into renovating the co-op. The apartment was reconfigured from a six-room layout with amenities that include hideaway office areas, decorative fireplaces and professional-grade kitchen appliances, according to the listing. [NYDN] – Tom DiChristopher
