Former New York Knicks player and new team president Phil Jackson has settled on a co-op at the tony brownstone Osborne building.
Jackson paid $4.85 million for an apartment at 205 West 57th Street, according to city records cited by 6sqft. Ferguson and Shamamian Architects recently embarked on a renovation of the three-bedroom unit to preserve features of the 1888 building.
Some of the amenities include wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and dining room and a marble tub in the master bath — ideal for a man who has the back-breaking task of returning the Knicks to their glory years.
